Our outstanding two bedroom apartment homes are among the largest in the area. High speed internet access, individually controlled central air conditioning and gas heat, and private storage space are just a few of the features in every apartment. Service is a top priority at Newtown Place, and 24-hour emergency maintenance is just a phone call away. In addition to a fabulous apartment, rent includes all amenities, renter's insurance, water, sewer, trash and snow removal.
Upgrade apartments and newly renovated Premier apartments may be available. In
addition to the many features in our standard apartment homes, the Premier
Series features a new kitchen with new appliances and a microwave oven, new
bathroom with ceramic tile floor, and designer six panel doors throughout. Upgraded
apartment homes feature new appliances in the kitchen, including a microwave oven.
Pets are welcome for an additional charge. Short term leases may be available, as
well as furnished corporate apartments, for an additional charge. A non-refundable
application fee of $50.00 per person is required to be paid by certified check or
money order. The security deposit is equivalent to 1 months rent. See leasing
